The 2022 Vintage of Le Renard Rouge is 44% Petit Verdot, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Franc. This elegant and refined Bordeaux style red blend has aromas of ripe crushed plumskins, concentrated blackberry, bright blueberry and subtle oak that sneaks past it all. The 2022 vintage has a wonderful palate of cashmere black currant, blueberry tart, black cherry, and wild berry. Black pepper, oak and a slight flintiness add additional complexity. Overall, this wine is full bodied, focused, and refined.
